Jeremy is known for being a strong conservative. He always seeks to do the right thing, even when it’s hard or costly. We need leaders who can handle pressure. Jeremy not only talks the talk; he walks the walk.
The deficit has grown to be completely unsustainable. 1Trillion dollars of our annual 7 Trillion budget goes just to pay on interest for our deficit. Fraudulent use of foreign aid, domestic welfare programs and government grants must be stopped. Congress needs to stop passing the buck to future generations through ongoing continuing resolutions rather than making tough choices.
Border security and immigration reform is crucial to Texas and America. Jeremy will press forward to ensure illegal immigration is curbed. It is simultaneously important that the current abmigous maze of our current immigration laws are reformed to be clear, fair and consistent for all seeking to immigrate to America. We should only encourage and allow immigration by people who share our values for democracy, a constitutional republic, God given rights rather than government given, and who will not advocate for socialist, marxist or other forms of government foreign to our constitution or other contrary laws like Sharia law.
Jeremy is a committed Christian. He knows that the first amendment guarantees religious freedom for all. Our founders linked this right, the right to free speech and the right to petition your government before all other constitutional amendments because these three God-given rights help preserve many other constitutional rights.
Jeremy has paid the price with a lifetime of service to fight for these rights at the local, state and national levels. He is unwavering in support of our basic constitutional freedoms. Today we face unprecedented assaults on our constitutional republic. We need leaders with courage like never before.
Attempts by many to use the power of government to cancel conservative voices simply because they disagree with our opinions should not be tolerated. School boards, city councils, online platforms and more should be places where people can share their views and petition their government without fear of government retaliation.
Jeremy has started and sold several small businesses. He currently owns a restaurant that serve up scratch made southern dishes and an event center that hosts large events on a large ranch. He has also started and led several national movements among Christians on college campuses. In addition, he has been Chaplain of the Republican Party of Texas multiple times, was elected to the State Republican Executive Committee, served as a precinct chair and a delegate to the Republican National Convention.
